Add listed form 2120 to desktop

TT lists form 2120 Multiple Support Declaration. I can't figure out how to add it to my desktop version. Any help?

The 2120 should appear when you answer the support question. You did not provide over half the support due to the multiple supporters. However, since you are using the desktop version, you can force it open.  Follow these steps:

1. Switch to FORMS mode. 
2. Select open form.
3. Type in 2120
4. Select the US Form 1040
5. Select Form 2120
6. Select Open
