activation screen

I am running win10 on firefox on an older computer. When the screen loads with my info from last year, the screen is dead; I cannot find a live link after clicking everywhere.

Desktop download software for 2025 does not run on Windows 10. You will not be able to use desktop software unless you can upgrade to Windows 11. Or you can use online TurboTax instead.

I have the same problem on a newer laptop running windows 11. I am recognized and saved information is loaded onto the screen but it is a dead screen; nothing responds to mouse clicks

I have depended on Turbotax for preparing personal & business taxes, federal and state for many years. This is the first time I have been excluded!
