I pulled a Covid disaster return from a retirement and had it split up for the taxes for the 3 years. Why is turbo tax still asking me that I can’t file without this form this year?? Last year was my final year on 3/3 years of splitting up the corona virus disaster. Apparently the form is ready 2-14 or 15 of 2024 but I’m not sure why I have to do this again when I already filed it previous years…

You had a form 8915-f in your 2022 tax return which has been carried over to your 2023 return.
You don't need that form 8915-f in 2023 and have to delete it.
To delete it, please follow these steps:
Thank you so much! It worked!
This form isn't even ready anyway.
I've been waiting 2 weeks to file and TurboTax still says "the irs hasn't finalized one or more of your forms" and it won't let me file.
They had no problem collecting the filing fees though.
I'm about to just cancel it and pay the tax this year. Nothing like getting robbed, on someone else's timeline.
I’m feeling the same ways. Feb 24th and still unable to file my taxes. However I paid for your services already.

Which TurboTax program are you using?
The TurboTax online web-based editions or the TurboTax desktop CD/Download edition installed on a personal computer?
