8915-F What version of Turdo Tax do I need for that form?

I need to know if I need the Deluxe version for the 8915-F form

In order to benefit from form 8915, you will have to use the Deluxe edition of Turbo Tax.

 For future reference (if you do not need this particular form and are using the online version), you can always select the free edition until you come across a situation which would require you to upgrade.

Is 8915-F available and what info do I enter or should TurboTax pull the info from last year?
