As of today, 2/22/26, I'm still unable to efile my GA partnership returns. The message says "Tax Year 2025 transmissions are not available. TurboTax Business is not ready to process Tax Year 2025 for this return." The website for forms availability says GA partnership forms were due to be ready on 2/20/26.
Anyone have any idea when these forms can be efiled?

These updates should be available as of today, so you should try manually updating your TurboTax Business software first before logging back in. Instructions:
TurboTax Business 2025
If you're having trouble updating your TurboTax Business 2025 software using the "Check for Updates" method, you can get the latest federal program update here:
- Close TurboTax Business and all other programs except this browser window.
- Select this link to download the 291 MB update.
- Save the update file to your Windows desktop.
- Double-click the update file w_bizrelsuperpatch... on your desktop to install the manual update.
That didn't work :(
I installed it and got the same message.
I have the same issue. This webpage shows the forms being available on 20 Feb 26 but I still can't file the GA forms. https://form-status.app.intuit.com/tax-forms-availability/formsavailability?albRedirect=true&product...
I recall a similar issue last year with at least one form for e-filing which was resolved only days before the March 16th deadline.
TurboTax - Please provide an accurate date for us
Same issue. Attempted to e-file Federal and GA State partnership returns. Received the same error message as the original poster.
TURBOTAX - when will we be able to e-file?
FYI - The Federal Partnership return will e-file if you deselect the GA e-file in TT. It's GA that is the problem.
Same issue. Still unable to efile 2025 Georgia Partnership returns. Tried various tricks like selecting "file by mail", then going back to select efile. Worked for Federal filing but not Georgia. Turbotax is fully updated.
I'm receiving the same message when trying to file. Has this been fixed yet? I did the update and still the same error. Would like to E-file, vs having to print all the forms out and post them.
If I do this and e-file federal now, can I e-file the GA returns by themselves when GA stuff is ready? Just want to confirm that before I send the federal return.
Any other ideas Melinda? The phone rep says that TurboTax doesn’t know what the issue is and doesn’t know if/when it will be resolved. Do you know anything different? Thanks.
Hi - Yes, you can file your Federal 1065 now by deselecting the state return and go back into TT later to file GA.
Turbotax - You initially replied to the original posters question the same day suggesting the manual update which didn't work. No reply since to the original poster or to the rest of us that have confirmed the same problem . Your tax form availability checker still shows the GA forms being available for e-file on 20 Feb 26 which is obviously not the case. Please provide a date when GA e-file will be ready.
The lack of response to customers who paid for the Federal Business software and then an additional fee for the State forms is quickly becoming unacceptable. The software isn't cheap and the return deadline is only about 3 weeks away. There are other tax return products on the market so please consider supporting your loyal customers to retain our business. A simple acknowledgment of the problem would go a long way. It would be a nice gesture to refund the price of the GA state software or provide a future credit for our trouble.
I'm having the same issue - the lack of guidance or explanation from TurboTax is very annoying.
Having the same issue with GA State return. Spent an hour yesterday on the phone with support, an hour before calling them, and an hour today. Still stuck...
Anyone find a root cause or a solution?
"Tax Year 2025 transmissions are not available"
Yep I also have the same problem. I also posted a question regarding the same issue. Here is my post:
I was able to transmit the federal return F1065 without issue after the Georgia state returns were available in TurboTax Business. However I continue to get the following message when trying to transmit the Georgia return.
Tax year 2025 transmissions are not available. TurboTax Business is not ready to process tax year 2025 for this file.
Here is the link to check the availability of the various State returns for TurboTax
The site shows for Georgia partnerships the form 700 (equivalent to F 1065 federal ) would be ready 2/20/2026 . Has this date been delayed ? or is there another problem.
As a long time user I know of the various tricks such as updating the software as if it doesn't already do that when you start the program or clear the cookies. I've also checked the entries to insure there is a value in boxes. TurboTax likes to use a blank box when the value entered is zero and sometimes when you haven't entered a value it causes problems.
I agree with a comment from other uses that acknowledging the problem would help. I want to believe TurboTax knows who we are and our email addresses. With March 15 (17) coming up quick I don't want to have to file an extension. My other concern is that its a problem not picked up by the error checking. That I have a extra space with a number or left a blank and I will keep trying for the next six months trying to efile when its a problem with my file. My federal F1065 was transmitted and accepted without any problems.
It appears several of us are having problems transmitting Georgia Partnership returns. The product availability date for Georgia continues to show 2/20/26. Today is 2/25/26. I've checked for updates and TurboTax tells me I'm up to date. Current installed updates show program up date as of 2/18/26 and Georgia Partnership as of 2/12/26.
So tell me if the last Georgia update was 2/12/26 and the forms were available on 2/20/26, should the last Georgia partnership update be after 2/20/26?
