Not "will be", but "could be".

Yes, TurboTax does generate 1040-ES forms for taxpayers who appear to be in a situation wherein they should be paying estimated taxes in the coming year.

HOWEVER, these amounts are not cast in stone and are not reported to the IRS. You can change the numbers and pay whatever you like, so long as the estimated tax payments achieve the goals of properly paying your tax through the year.
