I needed to amend my 2024 tax return.....went to Turbo tax....clicked on Turbo Tax amend file..... All my tax return infomation was LOST or not there? What happened? How can i retrieve so I can amend Thanks

I filed my taxes in February but as of September I've yet to get them and they sent me a noticing that I have not filed for 2024 how is that possible?
