2024 Home& Business windows version cannot transfer 2023 file

I bought a 2024 Home and Business TurboTax from Amazon and installed on the same Windows 11 computer, which I have Turbotax 2023 Home&Business version. When I prepare the 2024 tax return, I can find the 2023 tax return file, which could be open with 2023 Home&Business version. However, it pops an Error message when I transfer it. It asked me to try a different location - I tried but still have the error message

I used Windows version software. It pushes some updates but still doesn't work.

The error messages asked me to move the file to other locations repeatly.

Level 15

If you saved your .tax2023 file to OneDrive, move it onto your C drive and re-try the transfer.
