I totally agree.  I've been waiting for over two weeks to e-file my taxes.  Others literally already have their refunds and we still haven't been able to even transmit.

....yes please, someone tell us what is going on with these forms' availability. One more day and back to Costco this software goes, and off to H&R Block.

I was able to process my tax refund with EV tax credit just now. Not sure why anyone else on this thread couldn't?

I believe they just uploaded the correct software within the past 3 hours - which is why people who tried this morning failed. It's working now!

What's really frustrating is people keep saying they have utilized the form, and filed their taxes. It's really annoying that it's working for some people but not others.

People who are getting the form to work, are you using desktop or online? Did you download an update today? My desktop version shows everything is up to date and 8936 is still “available soon”

I have the desktop version available but this form is still not available.  TurboTax is holding our returns hostage by not making this form available to us.  When will we be able to file our returns?????????????

Desktop/browser chrome. You can tell if it's available when you see the refund on the upper left corner? Do y'all not see that when you enter the information? I don't understand. It's been available for me all day.

Sounds like it’s only available in TurboTax online then if you are using Chrome. I have the download version and the form still isn’t available at 9:13pm Eastern on 2/9/23.

Feb. 9 is here!  Still no Form 8936 for 2022 TurboTax.  The IRS form is already published for 2022 Tax year.  Who is responsible and accountable fir the support of this product?

TurboTax support, how do I electronically file using the IRS form?

Also, how do I receive a refund for 2022 TurboTax Home and Business since it is not complete with this form 8936?
