2023 Desktop Download Error

I just purchased the 2023 desktop download, I got my confirmation email with my license code. When I go to download it in my account it says "We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again." I try to load again I get the same info. When I go to the link in my email the same thing happens. When I look at previous answers and try the links it only shows to add 2024 and 2025. HELP!!!!!

Try the following to help with the download:

•  
• Run the Windows System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files.
• Delete the downloaded file and download TurboTax again from InstallTurboTax.com. Sometimes files get corrupted during the download process.
• Restart your computer in Selective Startup Mode, and then install TurboTax.
• Install TurboTax on a different computer.
