I think you must have entered the 1099-S in the program and also entered the information as Vanessa described above. You only want the entry described by Vanessa. Delete the 1099-S entry. Possibly under Sale of Home or Misc Income, check around in the Less Common Income section.

I did enter that, but I can't find it to delete it. They both show under the printed form, but the 1099 one doesn't show when I go back to update.
