2021 amend Upgrade page not loading

I need to amend my 2021 fed filing. I filled it out and because I added self employment, its telling me i must upgrade. I click on upgrade  within the screen it shows and it instantly says thanks then it goes away and the screen returns to I need to upgrade. Over and over again..I use 2 computers, a tablet. And 2 different browsers.
