2020 PREMIER SEARCH LOOPS

LICK ON SEARCH AND A BOX APPEARS AND JUST LOOPS. NO WAY TO ENTER A WOD OR STP THE LOOP WITHOUT KILLING TT. FIX????????????????

If you're using TurboTax Online, sign out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies, then sign back in.

In the TurboTax CD/Download software, please perform a manual update:  Manually Update TurboTax for Windows Software (Basic, Deluxe, Premier, Home & Business)

If you are using the Premier Online version, there are a couple of things that you can try to get past this snag,

• Try closing and completing logging out of TurboTax

• Compete a disk cleanup,

• Restart your computer.  

• If you've enabled pop-up blocking in your web browser, please turn it off and try again.
