2019 info missing following Turbotax update

Hi,

I don't think there's anything that can be done at this point since I've already searched my computer for the 2019 return, but I want to report that the 2019 info disappeared following a TurboTax update.

The info for the previous returns is still there but the 2019 info is missing.

Did you do a search on your computer for all files ending in .tax? It might have moved to another folder.

Did you look in the Recycle Bin?

It's been a problem for years.  Turbo tax doesn't know how to fix the problem by reversing the update that trashed our files.
