1099 R state requirement ...Washington State omitted in pull down menu!!!

In 1099 Form, it asks for state, but the pulldown menu omits the state of Washington. Bug in TTax.

Washington State does not have state income taxes for individuals and corporations, hence is not in the drop-down menu.

It's not a bug. Washington is not in the pull-down because Washington does not have state income tax. On your 1099-R box 14 should be blank or zero. When you enter the 1099-R in TurboTax don't enter anything in boxes 14, 15, and 16. Leave them empty. You do not have to enter the state.
