1099 R Second Generation Inherited IRA RMD

1099 R: Entering 2019 RMD taken as second generation Beneficiary  from an Inherited IRA (Inherited from my wife who passed away who originally inherited from her mother).

My accountant calculated the RMD divisor based on my MIL's birth/life data - not my wife's.

Turbo Tax is asking to identify from whom I inherited and then the specific birth/death data.

Who do identify - my MIL as the original owner or my late wife from whom I directly inherited?

Turbo Tax's follow-up question: Did I put the inherited funds into my "own" IRA Account? The financial institution re-titled the account in my name as the Beneficiary - but I specifically did not put the funds into my "own" account.

Thank you for your assistance.
