1099 misc has income reported in both box 2 and box 3. Turbotax says I can't enter both.

How do I enter income for both box 2 and 3. I also have another 1099 from the same company. It has $39 in box 2. Can I add that to the income of box 2 on the first 1099 or do I had to report them seperatly?

you can combine box 2 (leave off box 3 amount)  - but most royalties come with a separate reporting form because they report gross and the supplemental report shows costs and depletion that can be taken against it. 

just enter another 1099 with the same basic info and enter only box 3 amount
