Already paid inheritance tax in another country.

Do I enter this 1099-Misc, box 2 amount even though we’ve already paid inheritance taxes on it ?

Yes, you do.

Good news though! You also enter the amount of foreign tax that you paid. (You'll need to convert it to US dollars first).
