1099-DIV shows "needs review." Uncheck the box about "percent of government obligation" and "needs review" is gone. This is a bug. What is the solution?

Enter a 1099-DIV. Check box for "percent of government obligation." 1099-DIV now will show "needs review."

If I understand what you are referring to, this is a sporadic issue that has been difficult to reproduce. Please see this thread for some suggested workarounds - US Govt Interest
