1099-B Entering a sale less than 50 cents

Hello,

 

I had a sale last year of .28 cents for stock I purchased for .30 cents. 0.02 W. The system won't allow me to enter it as it rounds it down. Should I skip listing this one on my taxes?

yes skip. the IRS allows rounding. under 50 cents round down to next dollar 50 cents or more round up to next dollar.  0's not allowed in some case so just skip.
