Turbotax printed four quarterly 1040-ES vouchers on top of tax return and there are couple questions:

1) Do these 1040-ES vouchers get transmitted to IRS along with the federal tax return filing? They show on top of the "pdf document of federal return copy" available to download from Turbotax so its bit confusing if they get transmitted to IRS or not?

2) Are these voucher payments voluntary if this year's tax payment is already going to be more than 110% of the last year's taxes through W4 withholding this year and IRS site says 1040-ES payments may not be needed in this case. In this case, can the voucher payments that Turbotax printed be simply ignored and If so, is there a need to amend the tax returns to remove those vouchers and re-file again ..or is amendment not needed since they won't get transmitted to IRS in the first place anyways? Thanks

1.  No, the forms 1040-ES are not transmitted with your 2021 tax return

2.  Yes, the forms are voluntary and for your use only.  If not needed you can discard the forms.

So just to confirm, the e-filed tax return pdf copy shows those four 1040-ES vouchers included on top of the 2021 return (all of those 4 vouchers and e-filed return show up in one large pdf document).  Even with that being the case where the vouchers were included on top of federal return in one combined document, the 1040-ES vouchers will not be transmitted to IRS, correct? Correct.  The Forms 1040-ES were NOT filed with the 2021 federal tax return.
