Rather than having to buy a new computer which I cannot afford can I do my 2018 online using my CD purchased from Amazon for credit on the online filing fee?

If you have the CD but it will not download to your computer, you can contact TurboTax to have a download pushed to your account. To have a download pushed, please follow the instructions below.

Start by setting up your TurboTax account if you don't already have an account with us.
- Don't know if you already have an account? Here's how to find out.
Contact us (be sure to select CD/Download in the first drop-down) and ask your TurboTax Specialist to push a download into your account.
Once they've done that, simply sign in to My Downloads to download your TurboTax software.
