Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.
Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

I am using the desktop application and not the online version. All updates are current. I cleared cache and cookies, changed browser, tried restart and reboot. Nothing works. I think it is a software glitch.
