quick employer forms

I tried to access "quick employer forms" at https://quickemployerforms.intuit.com/signin.htm, the page showing "To continue with unlimited access to TurboTax Quick Employer Forms, you must be using 2020 TurboTax Business or 2020 TurboTax Home & Business software products, which can be purchased here." 

 After I purchased 2020 TurboTax Business, I still get the same page. How can I gain back the access to "quick employer forms"?

There are several good responses to the question under this heading.

The key is to install the software

  - then start or open a return, and

  - then "file W-9's and 1099's"

  - that registers your account

The only complication is if you're running all your computers with Win 7 (like us).

  - then you need to upgrade 1 of them to Win 10 & install

  - or buy another computer with Win 10
