Quick Employer Forms won't hide full SSN when printing recipient version for 1099-NEC?

After I did the e-file (it is still in "E-File Processing" status) for 1099-NEC, I click the "print" and plan to give a copy to the contractor. But I noticed although it says "this form may show only the last four digits of your TIN", but the pdf form actually lists the recipient's full SSN name. 

Anyone know why? It seems to be a bug of the software system.

The contractor's copy of Form 1099-NEC shows their full Social Security number so they can check that you reported their information correctly to the IRS.

The forms will show "E-file in Processing" until the IRS accepts them. However, you will still be credited with filing on time.
