Quick employer forms for 1099

Looking to use QEF to do around 50 1099’s. I see signing up for QEF is $349, while I would have access just purchasing TurboTax Business for $180. What’s the advantage of going the more expensive route for what it seems is less product?

I'm using Quick Employer Forms to send a 1099-NEC. For my payee, the screen says "ready for e-file." I cannot click on "E-File Forms" because it is a light color. Why?
