Quick Employer Forms filing status not updated?

I submitted my e-filing of W-2 and 1099-NEC forms through Quick Employer Forms on 1-28-26. I immediately found a name error. QEF allowed me to cancel a form and re-submit it. I received several emails saying the group of forms have been submitted and then accepted. I have a confirmation #. QEF is still showing the status as processing. When will the status be updated? It has been 2 weeks.
