Qualified pension plan???

I believe my MN state retirement system pension is a qualified plan. However, Turbo tax is telling me that I don't have to pay federal tax on that income. Is that correct?? Or did I answer something wrong.

What is the taxable amount in Box 2a? What code is in Box 7?
