Qualified Business Income Infinite Loop

I've finished filling out my income and deductions. When I get nearly to the end of the return process, TT tells me "You get the Qualified Business Income deduction" and displays a "continue" button. I click the button, and the same page reloads. This happens endlessly. There is no option but "continue". Instructions elsewhere have said this is an error with the browser cache. I've tried two browsers and cleared the cache but still can't escape the infinite loop. Any suggestions?
