Qualified Business Income deduction shows 0

This is on an amended return. My income before and after adding my K-1 should qualify me for the standard QBI, but I never get prompted, and when I look at the summary, it shows it as 0.  I've removed and readded the K-1 multiple times, but it never changes.  How can I get it to trigger that deduction.  It won't let me manually add the 8995 form.
