2016 disk wouldn't work, had to get rep to "push" me one...is it by chance that only 1 Turbo Tax program (year) can be loaded on a computer at 1 time??

You can have TTax installed simultaneously for DIFFERENT years on the same computer.

You can only have one version/copy of TTax for 2016 loaded at the same time on any computer.
