I have a disaster relief filing extension for 2022 and tried to purchase a 2022 desktop version but apparently timed out and had to log in again. When I went back in, I accidentally purchased the 2023 desktop version. How can I get an exchange or refund? I won't be using turbotax for 2023 and have no need for the 2023 download.

Same exact thing just happened to me yesterday. I am opening the download and it said 2023 am like what. I have files for this year already. Needed desktop for 2022. I truly hope we can find a remedy
Try calling in and ask to switch it or get a refund. While you're waiting you can buy 2022 here,
