You apparently purchased a desktop version since online versions are not sold anywhere. Any fees for using online services are paid when filing. Your purchase allows you to install the app on your computer - full pc or MAC but you need Windows 11 for PC or Sonoma 14 for a MAC  and your computer can not be operating in S Mode (windows computers only) .

Sam’s does sell a code for the Online version.

How to use the Online License Code.  It is for federal only. State is additional.

You will need to enter your license code when you are installing your program and before you can use your software.  The license code is a 16-character combination of letters and numbers (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
