How to download purchase from Sams club?

You will have to go the Sam's Club website to find out how to download from their server.

Did you get a CD or buy the download?  If you have the CD there should be a card or on the CD envelope giving you 2 ways to install it.  Either using the CD or by downloading the program.

I have a purchase receipt with a number that starts with an "I".  There is no more information and I can't find it on Sams website.

Did you buy it in the store or online from Sams?  If you got it in the store you might have needed to get the actual program from a pickup window with the receipt.  Some people walk out without picking up the real program.
