Why are there 2 separate fees - $59.99 for Deluxe and $39.99 for Easy Pay - only paid the $39.99 last year

How do I change to the "free" option - this is a simple form!

First of all there was a price increase from 39.99 to 59.99.  The early prices expired  March 1.  You could have paid before to lock in the lower price.

Then you can pay the fee with a credit card to avoid the 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge.
