program freezes when I try to file

The program freezes when I try to file. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. Did not work. Apparently, other users had the same issue.

Are you trying to file Federal and State or just state? If it's just the state, try this: State install/e-file update loop: State not installed after installation or TurboTax needs to update...
