I have e-filed and was accepted by the IRS on january 22, 2018 I have several co worker that file the day before and after and have received their refunds mines however still says we have received your return and it is being processed. I have called all the below numbers and cannot get through. can anyone tell me what prompt should I hit or how can I find out why such a delay?

When u get to where it gives u the 7 options to choose. You have to just hold on. Dont press any.  Then it will transfer you to someone live

I submitted mine on Jan 22nd as well and had to verify identity. Still says processing

I figured  out how to get an IRS representative. When you get to the 5 selections press 00. It will transfer you to the queue.

I mailed my return in on Feb 22 and I just recently seen that it was accepted but then after a week it went to processing. Should I be calling in as well to get them to send me an identity form as well? I have all these numbers which one will get me to a live agent?
