Problems with downloading turbotax s/w

Ican't download the e-mail you sent me. I enter the 16 digit alpha/numeric code and my windows select

is not qualified. You use the same code for both Mac and Windows. Shouldn't each have their own? I'm

not sure I nhave a Plus package. My name is Adam Rech. Please help.
