Problem selecting State of lssue for Driver's License

The drop-down menu for the Filing section of the Federal return requires a state for your driver's license but it is NOT selectable.

The Federal 1040 does not require a DL. Some states allow a DL, but only one issued by that state

1) prior year;s agi and

2) self-selected pin any 5 numbers you want. if a joint return, then each must provide their own 

3) If you're a victim of identity theft, you also need an IP-PIN, which you must get from the IRS.
