I purchased a license for Desktop TT 2025 and went through the install program but when I tried to open the app I receive a popup message saying TT is having trouble and I asks me to tell them what I was doing to help them resolve the issue. I have done this several times and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and spent close to four hours on the phone talking to their helpless desk folks. The app never gets to the screen that asks for my license code to register the software so something is not connecting with the Intuit side. That is very frustrating and I have asked for a refund and will go elsewhere, but there is another problem that I think is related and I NEED it fixed.
All of a sudden, my 2024 version of TT is doing the same thing when it used to work perfectly. I think the two problems are related and I NEED to be able to get into my 2024 version. I had a product that was working fine that is now broken and I don't think it is just a coincidence. Anyone got any ideas.
