I've already paid my fees. I tried e-filing, and get the message:
I try to at least view my return, so I could perhaps print it, nothing.
Is this going to be fixed? How temporary is this issue? It seems like it's been this way for days on end. I already paid my fees, plus I owe a ton in federal taxes. Can I at least get a refund if the solution isn't found? Refund policy seems strange.
I called customer service, and they just directed me to the support site because they couldn't fix the issue either.

Printing before filing didn't work either. So I can't even mail anything in currently either. Same error message as the second one posted in the original post.
