Can I deduct my portion of health insurance premiums from my employee health insurance plan? I work for the USPS and am enrolled in a federal health insurance plan

Premiums deducted from your paycheck are usually pre-tax, which means they are deducted from your wages before taxes are applied. You cannot deduct such premiums as a medical expense as this would be "double-dipping".
