If i have two kids and have a small business, why is it stating that I would not be getting any tax return? am I doing something wrong?

Possibly, have you entered all of your tax payments made throughout the year? Your refund will be based upon the tax payments you've made during the year less your tax liability. If you didn't contribute enough throughout the year you could have a balance due upon filing.
