Please try these troubleshooting steps to fix this issue:

3. Close and re-open your web browser window.

4. Log back into TurboTax Online

 If the issue is still observed, please check the following:

2. Try using your mobile device (phone, tablet) with a cellular connection or TurboTax mobile application (Android or iOS) to login and complete your return
