Please help

I'm filing 2021 Missouri taxes. Turbo Tax added (Form MO-A SP-Kansas/St. Louis Refund) form and I have no idea what information this form is looking for. I have tried over a week and today been sitting here for over three hours and I am not having any luck ?.

Do you have a 1099-G showing a state refund ? If your state refund was taxable and included in your federal income, the form subtracts the taxable amount out from the state income.
