In TurboTax, edit your Bailey eligible 1099-R:

If a 1099-R form was Bailey-Eligible...did you indicate that when you entered that 1099-R in the Federal section?

  • IF you indicated "Bailey Settlement" there, then it has been  so marked and considered so in the NC section.
  • IF you didn't do that, then you need to go back to the 1099-R entry and EDIT it, then continue through the pages that follow to mark it as Bailey..

Note: The Bailey Pension does not affect your NC refund or amount due.2019 NC bailey 1.png2019 NC bailey 2.png2019 NC bailey 3.png2019 NC bailey 4.png
