You have to set up that call yourself. We do not set up “Live” calls from the user forum—nor do we have any idea of what would suit your schedule.

Once you've confirmed you're using TurboTax Live:

Select the floating Live help button in the bottom right corner.
Select Let's talk.
Enter your question or topic area.
Select your preferred method for connecting with a tax expert.
