Please fix state tax, state says i owe, turbo did my taxes. W-2 was correct. Who lied?

Why do you think it's wrong?  You can owe more than the state withholding on your W2.  The withholding is just an estimate to cover the tax due.  

Oh, did you get a letter from the state saying you owe?  What did they change on your return or say was missing?

Well lets see, its wrong bcause STATE OF OHIO OF TAXATION sent me a verified LETTER that the sum of 244 was wrong.  And i OWED 82  dollars. I paid it. My question. Who is wrong, W-2 , ohio taxes, or turbo. ?
