"Your Transmission Didn't Go Through". So how do I mail it in?

This is the "error" message:

"We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
If you'd like to e-file your state return using TurboTax, it will need to be filed along with your federal return. You may also e-file your federal return now, then submit your state return later via TurboTax, by mail, or by visiting your state's tax website for alternative e-filing options".

So how do I print out these tax forms and mail it in? I'm assuming that's what it's asking for...
