I bought TurboTax at Costco for state and federal. Why was I charged $15 to file?

I buy Costco too. What you bought was Federal + Fed Efile + State. You get 1 free state program download. Then each state efile is $25 to efile minus the $10 Costco Rebate is $15. Or you can print and mail state for free. BUT do not choose to have the $15 deducted from a refund. Then there is also an EXTRA $40 Pay with Refund service charge. So you would end up with 15+40=55.
